Behavior Technician

As a Behavior Technician, you would work directly with children diagnosed with autism, visiting them in their homes, and conducting the individualized treatment plan designed for them. This is a very hands-on position in which you will be interacting directly with the child, their family, and your supervising BCBA. Good communication skills are necessary, both orally and written, as you will be monitoring progress, collecting data, and reporting on the success of each plan.

The position of Behavior Technician is supervised by a BCBA, and you will receive the support and training to further your career if you’re looking to pursue BCBA certification. We offer flexible hours, and competitive pay.

Requirements
•  High school diploma (or equivalent)
•  40 hours direct training
•  Adult and pediatric CPR/BLS

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Our BCBAs lead the way in the success of our practice. As a BCBA, you oversee the success of Behavior Technicians, participate in high levels of parental training and support for your clients, and take a very active role in the decision-making over each treatment plan. We welcome your knowledge and insight, and encourage research and furthered learning through conferences and seminars. As a BCBA, you will need excellent skills in communication, time management, leadership, and working with others. Though not required, bilingual skills in Spanish, Armenian, and Farsi are also valued.

Our BCBAs have a willingness to teach and to learn, and have a deep running passion for the success of their clients and team.

Requirements
•  BCBA Certification
•  Adult and pediatric CPR/BLS

All applicants must have a valid drivers license, good driving record, reliable transportation, and will have to pass background checks.
